出貨履約 Fulfillment of shipment
綠動未來提供最佳的交寄品質與出貨服務。當客人完成結帳後,綠動未來將準時履行訂單完成出貨,並提供物流公司名稱及追蹤物流號碼,確保客人能夠在約定期間內收到商品,以提升客人信任和滿意度。以下為出貨時相關的履約事項,請特別留意並應循遵守。
一、禁運商品
禁運商品同等依法禁止和限制刊登銷售商品,若您訂購包裹內為規範的禁運商品, 綠動未來將不會承擔損失和賠償責任。
二、包裝建議
1 商店出貨包裝應當遵守行政院環保署公告之「網際網路購物包裝限制使用對象及實施方式」。
2 商店應負責妥善包裝商品並承擔相關費用,並須承擔銷售商品運送相關風險,應為銷售商品運送投保適當保險。出貨後,包裝商品因而受到毀損, 綠動未來將不會承擔損失和賠償責任,應逕洽物流業者處理解決相關爭議。請注意:包裝規範可能會依據您的物流設定而不同,請依各物流配送方式的出貨服務規範為準。
3 依《郵政法》第6條規範,各類信函、證券、票券需委由郵局進行配送,若未使用郵局配送,經查獲將因違反郵政法處高額罰款。

三、出貨服務規範
出貨服務由物流商合作提供之服務。由物流商對商店提供運送服務並與商店成立運送契約。目前 綠動未來 提供的出貨服務,使用第三方物流 ( 甲指 ) 、超商取貨、宅配配送 ( 甲配 ) 三種配送方式。商店使用本服務前,應詳細閱讀並同意各物流商服務條款之所有約定內容。

※ 一般商品限用第三方物流 ( 甲指 ) 和超商取貨,約配商品和大材商品才可選擇宅配配送 ( 甲配 ) 。
大材商品:指超出第三方物流 ( 甲指 ) 能配送的材積大小商品。
約配商品:因商品屬性關係 ( 如需專人安裝 ) ,商店需與客人約定送貨時間。範例:電動車充電器、車輛改裝等。
四、出貨日期
商店商品有常備商品與預購商品、客訂商品(客戶指定製作商品)、約配商品、團購商品五種型態,出貨日期均不同,出貨日計算不含星期六、日、國定、連續假日及新年休假日。常備商品,是指倉庫即有庫存產品,可立即出貨。預購商品,指備貨天數 ≧ 3 天的商品,商品資訊會顯示【預購】標籤。客訂商品,是指按客戶需求指定製作的商品,溝通後依加工完成日做為出貨日。約配商品,是指按客戶需求,需施工人員安裝後使用的商品。團購商品,指透過集中訂單的方式取得產品優惠,在指定結單後,開始出貨。
1 常備商品:下訂單日起算,2天內完成出貨程序。
2 預購商品:下訂單日起算,按產品說明天數為依據,為3天~2個月期限內完成出貨程序。 單件商品若有多個規格,只要一個規格為【預購】狀態,該商品即為預購商品,例如您購物車有一件商品為短袖襯衫,該襯衫有紅綠藍三種顏色,若藍色短袖襯衫需要預購,該短袖襯衫即為【預購商品】,常見之預購商品為舊款車輛之車內3D防水墊系列。
3 客訂商品:下訂單日起算,按材料零件與加工天數為依據,為3天~2個月期限內完成出貨程序。
4 約配商品:下訂單日起算,按客戶能約定的安裝時間,為出貨交付日。
5 團購商品:依團購表單上之結標日及出貨日,為出貨交付日。

Green E2, Inc. provides the highest quality shipping and delivery services. Once a customer completes checkout, Green E2, Inc. will fulfill the order promptly and provide the name of the logistics company along with a tracking number. This ensures that customers receive their products within the agreed timeframe, enhancing trust and satisfaction. Below are important shipping compliance guidelines—please review and follow them carefully.
1. Prohibited Items
Prohibited items refer to goods that are legally restricted or banned from being listed for sale. If your order contains any restricted items, Green E2, Inc. will not be liable for any losses or compensation.
2. Packaging Recommendations
Store shipments must comply with the packaging restrictions and implementation methods announced by the Environmental Protection Administration (EPA).
Stores are responsible for properly packaging their products and covering all related costs. Additionally, stores assume the risks associated with shipping and should obtain appropriate insurance for their products. If any damage occurs to packaged items after shipment, Green E2, Inc. will not be liable for any losses or compensation. Please contact the logistics provider to resolve any disputes. Note: Packaging requirements may vary based on your chosen logistics provider. Please adhere to the packaging guidelines set by each provider.
According to Article 6 of the Postal Act, all types of letters, securities, and vouchers must be delivered through the post office. If a different delivery service is used and discovered, the sender may face substantial fines for violating postal regulations.

3. Shipping Service Guidelines
Shipping services are provided through partnerships with logistics companies. The logistics provider contracts with the store to offer shipping services. Green E2, Inc. currently offers three shipping methods: Third-Party Logistics (Type A), Convenience Store Pickup, and Home Delivery (Type B). Before using these services, stores must carefully review and agree to the terms and conditions of each logistics provider.

※ General products are limited to Third-Party Logistics (Type A) and Convenience Store Pickup. Only oversized and scheduled-delivery products can be shipped via Home Delivery (Type B).
Oversized Products: Items exceeding the dimensional limits of Third-Party Logistics (Type A).
Scheduled-Delivery Products: Items requiring appointment-based delivery due to product characteristics (e.g., requiring professional installation). Examples include EV chargers and vehicle modification components.
4. Shipping Timelines
Green E2, Inc. offers five types of products: In-Stock, Pre-Order, Custom-Made, Scheduled-Delivery, and Group-Buy. The shipping timelines vary based on product type, and shipping days exclude weekends, national holidays, and extended public holidays.
In-Stock Products: Items available in the warehouse and ready for immediate shipment.
Pre-Order Products: Items requiring a lead time of ≥3 days, marked with a "Pre-Order" label.
Custom-Made Products: Items manufactured according to customer specifications, shipped based on the completion date.
Scheduled-Delivery Products: Items requiring customer appointment scheduling for delivery and installation.
Group-Buy Products: Products acquired through bulk orders, shipped after the group purchase closes.
Shipping Timeframes:
In-Stock Products: Ships within 2 days from the order date.
Pre-Order Products: Ships within 3 days to 2 months, depending on product specifications. If a product has multiple variations, it will be classified as a "Pre-Order" item if any variation requires pre-ordering. For example, if a short-sleeve shirt comes in red, green, and blue, and only the blue variant requires pre-ordering, the entire product is classified as "Pre-Order." A common example is 3D waterproof car mats for older vehicle models.
Custom-Made Products: Ships within 3 days to 2 months, depending on material availability and processing time.
Scheduled-Delivery Products: Ships based on the customer’s agreed installation date.
Group-Buy Products: Ships according to the closing date and shipping schedule specified in the group-buy order form.
